Need an event calender, so everyone can fill out callender for appointments

I am looking for an event calender that my people can fill out for a certain day. And when they fill it out the info is mailed to me and it gives me there name and address and phone number. But on the calender it'll show day full once booked.

i have no code because everywhere I looked only has the calendar. the don't have where people on the web can book a day.
