Get blog to appear in main div?

I want my wordpress blog to show in the 'main' div on my site.  I'm very noob to this AJAX stuff, i've been trying, can't seem to get anything working. 

 

I did download prototype how do I set it up :S I'm completely lost. Your help is greatly appreciated, i'm frustrated here haha!
