php? Posted November 9, 2007 Share Posted November 9, 2007 Hello, I was wondering how i would put together just an average tool bar. Well, i was hoping to get it to look something like this:http://img223.imageshack.us/img223/370/uploadpf1.png You click on one of the tabs (ex: Public) and it opens a new window in that frame.
