SPAM Contact Form How do I stop it?

Hi Folks Could someone please help me sort this little problem out. I have a contact form on my site and a few weeks ago I started to get SPAM. I have no idea how to stop this and if I can stop it. My have little knowledge of PHP. This is the script I have. I have had a look through the forum but if Im honest its goes right over my head. Thanks in advance.

Google for captcha. Thats about the only way to stop spam bots.
