<form action="<?= $_SERVER['PHP_SELF'] ?>" method="post">

Just a question. Does that mean that it runs the php script thats in its self? Like if there was sumthin like:

<?php
  blah blah
?>

<html>
  <body>
    <form action="<?= $_SERVER['PHP_SELF'] ?>" method="post">
    <blah>
    </form>
  </body>
</html>

would it call the php script in that file?

well... yea, it means that the info on the page will be posted to the page it's already on.

so when a user clicks submit or enter or w/e, the info entered will be posted to the same page and the PHP script will be called.

in your PHP code, you would then take the info posted and do what you want with it.
