[SOLVED] Help with PHP Based Template

Hello.

 

I use to use this code:

if (!$page) { $page = start; }

if ((file_exists ("./pages/$page.txt")) == true) {

require ("./pages/$page.txt");

}

else {

require ("./pages/_start.txt");

}

?>

 

...on an old server. What it did was allowed me to use one single page (http://www.4w-wrestling.com/4w.php"> as a basic template. Then I could call every page on my site using that single template. Example: http://www.4w-wrestling.com/4w.php?page=information or http://www.4w-wrestling.com/4w.php?page=backstage. Those pages don't work anymore now that we moved to a new server. It's the same old cold, same old files. Everything is in tact, but now dice on getting other pages to work. Any ideas?

finally got it. had to add this code into the php...

 

$page = $_GET['page'];

 

Simple enough, but I actually stumbled upon it searching this message board lol.
