Need help for installing Zend Core

hi,everyone,i meet diffculties while installing zend core, i am running vista, no matter what version of zend core i try to install , the installshield window mininize itself during the installation, you know, sometimes after the bar is finish, sometimes before the the progess bar of installation appear, and it mininize and then it never end the installation.

 

the window was mininized, and i right click it ,it only allow me to select move and about, and when i select move, i can see nothing, but the windows at background.

 

i turned off my anti-virus and firewall and kill their progress,i have uninstall the everything about zend, like studios, optimizer, php, even mysql ,apache, appserv,

 

i am using rising-anti-virus, rising-firewall.

 

please give me some advice what should i do for installing it successfully.
