Take off members Money

Hello,

 

I have a problem with one of my sites. This one is http://www.Mafioso.ca.

 

This is an online web based game and I was wondering how I can take off members play money if they click on a link and it will also send them to the link I will chose them to go to.

 

I have the table 'users' and under users they have their username, gold and alot more options. The 'gold' field is they're money.

 

If you need to know anything else before helping me out, please let me know.
