ok i have absolutly no idea where to start for this, basically what i need it something where the user can type in what they want, use formatting, and smileys, this includes enter,

 

and then i need a script to convert this into html formatting,

 

something similar to how the forum posting works

 

i just need a base example and then i can work from there
