Automatically updating the files from a "index of" directory on a website.

Hey guys,

I've had this problem lately and it's not being able to find out how to get my page to automatically update the contents inside it.

For example, instead of opening up index.php and manually adding in the photo I uploaded, I'd like to automatically have that photo appear in index.php.

 

 

I've seen this somewhere before but I just can't find out where I got the script.
