apache error when accessing phpmyadmin

Hi all,

 

I have installed apache, php, mySQL and phpmyadmin,

apache run well, and can read all file in localhost, but 

when I try to click phpmyadmin folder (localhost/phpMyAdmin)

I got pop up :

 

"Apache http server has encountered a problem and

needs to close. We are sorry for the incovenience"

 

error signature:

 

szAppName:Apache.exe    szAppVer:2.0.55.0    szModName.dll

szModVer:4.4.2.2            offset:0006564a
