i just learnt that windows don't have a mail server installed by default and i belive this might be the reason that i am unable to send mails using the php mail function.
guys can u help me with what kind of mail server needs to be installed for win xp.
also i used this code in my web hosting service. it gives me a mail sent message, however i don't receive any mail in my mailbox.it's a valid email id.. let me know if any corrections need to be made in the code.
