leolim Posted November 23, 2007 Share Posted November 23, 2007 i am using easyphp and i do not have mail server of my own when i created a script to sent the mail the error Warning: mail(): Failed to connect to mailserver at "localhost" port 25, verify your "SMTP" and "smtp_port" setting in php.ini or use ini_set() is shown. please tell me how to solve this and is it possible that i send the mail by using yahoo or google as the mail server? tippy_102 Posted November 24, 2007 Share Posted November 24, 2007 You will need to set up something like Fake Sendmail for Windows (http://glob.com.au/sendmail/), but you will need to use it with a mail server that allows you to access their server.
