eon201 Posted November 23, 2007 Share Posted November 23, 2007 Hi, I currently am displaying the first five values on my page from an array with the following code: foreach($count_urls_today as $key2 =>$value2){ $il2++; if($il2 <6){ $key2 = substr($key2,0,67); echo " $value2 - $key2<br/>"; } This works great for me, and I get the top five results that I wanted. But how would I store each version of $key2 to a seperate variable... eg... $result1 = $key2[1]; $result2= $key2[1]; $result3 = $key2[1]; $result4 = $key2[1]; $result5 = $key2[1]; Once the values are stored they will be whisked away to a mysql table for importing into another page! Thanks in advance! Eon201 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
rajivgonsalves Posted November 23, 2007 Share Posted November 23, 2007 something like this should work foreach($count_urls_today as $key2 =>$value2){ $il2++; if($il2 <6){ $key2 = substr($key2,0,67); ${"result".$il2} = $key2; echo " $value2 - $key2<br/>"; } Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
