cyber_ghost Posted November 24, 2007 Share Posted November 24, 2007 i try uploading txt files and microsoft document files... when i gonna download it using a php stuffs... there are added characters placed above and below the microsoft documents and even below.... the worst is those characters are not readable.... using the move_uploaded_file() // in moving uploaded files to its desired directory...... so i can i made downloaded files without those added characters? teng84 Posted November 24, 2007 Share Posted November 24, 2007 check the compatibility of your documents.. sometimes when you save your file on the higher version of ms word it gives trouble when you open it in the lower version.. i even experience sending doc. trough email(yahoomail) and when i open it with the lower version it turns into tons of s** characters Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
