PHP RUSSIAN UNICODE

i m doing russian porject but when i try to insert in MYSQL DB it shows QUESTIONS MARK and when i view i see russian text and

in between QUESTION MARKS can some one pls help me...

 

eg; ГО� ОДУ НЕ К Л�?ЦУ

While you create database if you encode it in UTF8 then all characters will be supported

CREATE DATABASE `russia` DEFAULT CHARACTER SET utf8 COLLATE utf8_unicode_ci;
