Problem with CGI script

Hey, we just took over a hosting client that was using a CGI bulletin board and I put it in our CGI folder, but I am getting an Internal Server Error with the following line in the error_log:

 

[Fri Nov 30 14:35:33 2007] [error] [client 68.221.6.210] Premature end of script headers: Ultimate.cgi

 

Anybody know what I can do to fix this?
