while issue

I have a PR code witch i want to use for several links. The problem is that if the link is more complex(ex. www.example.com/index.html) the script won't display it. If it's simple (ex.www.example.com) works like a charm. Any ideeas ?

Problem appears at the while loop witch takes the links out of the database.
