yo. what sort of set up are you running...

sounds silly, but i know a lot of people that have this problem - try the following.

make a new php file and enter the following.

<?php phpinfo(); ?>

navigate your browser to this page and in the first table you'll see the location of the php.ini file on your server/localmachine(depending on your set up)

The information you're after is Loaded configuration file:

Loaded Configuration File C:\php\php.ini

From here you can make sure you're editing the correct php.ini file...

just a thought. :)

cheers
