Local time offset on Apache directory listings; is it possible?

I've inherited support of an apache webserver. One of the clients demands the directory listings returned from http://server.domain.org/user show the date on the files in Cental time, instead of Singapore time. The system time is Singapore time as until recently that was where all the clients were located. Is there a simple tip someone can provide to allow me to do this? I only want the 'fudged' date on one directory.
