Enable php5 with apache2 in mac tiger?

hi:

 

* Running apache2 and php5. I have checked their versions in command line

* In httpd.conf, I added 'LoadModule php5_module modules/libphp5.so'

* Restart apache2, but php5 is still not working. e.g It displays all php code, when a php web page is viewed in browser.
