lonerngraus
Hey.. :?: I have started to learn MySQL and PHP, and have come accross this error. I get it when going to the dos prompt and typing /mysql/bin/mysql . > Error 2003:Can\'t connect to MySql server on \'localhost\' What does this mean? Is there a way I can get the meaning of these error messages from my PC? Thanks

michael yare
Do you have the MySQL server set up to start automatically when your PC starts? If the server wasn\'t running, you\'d get that error. Maybe the server didn\'t load or maybe it closed and you didn\'t noticed. If in doubt, restart.
