Alert box with YES NO buttons

Hi,

 

I want to show an alert box With Yes  No Button..

Like:

You want to proceed

 

Yes          No

 

 

Alert gives just OK, and confirm gives Ok and  Cancel buttons

 

Kindly tell me how can i get Yes And No buttons there.

 

It is urgent please....

as far as i know your stuck with okay anc cancel, but you can always make your own.

if you do some searching; you can find some dhtml custom confirm prompts, that are even more advanced then the example burnside provided you. some will automatically center to your screen, lock out all other web page events until you click "yes" or "no" (or whatever), some even float up and down the page as you scroll.

 

but burnside is right; you cannot customize a common javascript prompt or alert buttons or style. the only thing you can change is the text.

 

PS: you might want to checkout "lightboxes" it's a fairly newer concept; some sites are using them now for custom prompts and advertisement.
