ok this time it didnt even show me the msg sayin "ur msg has been received"

first one is the outcome of the script u gave me and the name appears in the message field and the second one is what i want it to look like

 

and ill be back in like 20 min cuz i have to pray "isha"

aight is there a way to correct my left table in "safari" cuz it shows it really awkwardly :S and the code doesnt show the email
