nube with forms

I've looked at some tutorials but for some reason, I'm not getting the post values...

 

I have two files:

test.php

 

<form action="process.php" method="POST">

<input type="text" name="mytext">

<input type="submit">

</form>

 

and process.php

<?php

  $mytext = $_POST["mytext"];

  echo "You typed: $mytext";

?>

 

when I type a value in test.php, it's not showing up when I click on submit in the process.php page.

 

I have a phpinfo.php and looks like php is working. I have XP, IIS & php 5.2.5

Process.php should be this

  $mytext = $_POST['mytext'];

  echo "You typed: $mytext";

?>
