Contact page script recommendations?

Hello, I am trying to build a contact page that will not show any email addys in the code or display. I would like to hard code it or use mysql db to hold it. I want to list out a bunch of job contacts and then use a formmailer to send to that contact if the link is clicked. I want to cut down the spam harvesters effectiveness as this is for a non-profit and they need to post up to 50 names and mailing lists.

I am still newer to php coding, but feel comfortable in it. My question is there any open source or free scripts that even come close to this? I have found a few form mailers that do, but the coding is encripted in many places and I have concerns about using anything that I cannot see. Sourceforge is great but I am tired of downloading and installing to see if the project is near what I want. I am guessing I will have to build it from scratch, but was hoping someone has already transversed this path and may have already began something similar.

Are there any recommendations?

If not, is it better to make small scriptss of code and called them, or better to make a longer single script. I have seen both types, and I am unsure what is more efficient. Flexibility is likely in smaller pieces, yes?

Thanks
