hi all. here some noob question since i'm beginer in this area.

so my question is

 

ive got 1 table with 3 field.

exmple

 

id  phone_no  fax_no

1  12548795  12548754

    12365487  12545879

    14254785

2  14521458    2541254

 

so, how should i make my database with this table and how sholud i wride the code??
