Display record depending on option selected

I am building a Rugby website for the league management for them to announce fixtures, keep league tables etc. The league manages games for 3 age groups, u13, u14 & U15

 

For each age group there are 4 fixture types, League Games, Lancashire Cup, NWC Cup and National Cup.

 

I have created 1 table with the following columns

 

ID - Primary Key

Age Group

Competition

Round - Used if cup competition

Home Team

Away Team

Kick Off

Referee

Result

 

I have created Add, Edit and Delete forms etc for this table on the database.

 

Where I am struggling is displaying the page, what I would like to do is seperate the fixtures into seperate tables for each age group and then the different competition categories under each of those age groups.

 

I am using dreamweaver and wondered if any one could explain how to do this in dummy terms?

 

My initial thought was to build a seperate form for each competition in each age group but it seemed really long winded and their must be an easier way of doing it.
