I am running PHP 5.2.5 (cli) in Windows XP SP2.

Calling a php program from the command line produces no ouput unless the -n (don't use php.ini file) option is used.

E.g.

php -f test.php      --> produces no output

php -n -f test.php  --> runs correctly

I thought it might be something in php.ini (it might still be).  I have set

output_buffering=off

implicit_flush=on

Is there some other setting or settings that need to be modified?

This does not appear to be a common bug although the -n workaround is in the PHP manual comments.

It seems to me that you should be able to use php.ini for CLI use.

I would appreciate any feedback on this.

Jeff
