PHP displays some pages correctly and some not

I want my pages, to look like this:

http://www.pluspointtaken.com/check3.php?action=about

http://www.pluspointtaken.com/check3.php?action=photo

 

But this does not happen on:

http://www.pluspointtaken.com/check3.php?action=tour

http://www.pluspointtaken.com/check3.php?action=audio

 

I've gone through the code (which is really simple) but can't find the problem.  I havnt linked up the pages correctly yet but that should not make a difference, why is this happening and how can I fix it?

There's not enough content on the second 2 pages to display the image.  It's a background image, no?  Set the height to the height of the background image
