Can I do a popup with an iframe when the iframe src is from a different site?

 

Example

http://www.cheezyfries.net/rap

 

The src is from a different site, but once they click on the button, I want to do a pop up.

 

Is this possible?

you can create a pop-up if you have the ability to create/controll the pop-up with a event (ie onclick, onmousedown, onmouseup, and etc).
