How are you generating this error? A little more light shed, please...

sample code:

function handleAjaxImageList() {
		global $config;
		include 'Filesystem.php'; <-------------

		$files = Filesystem::GetFolderContents("../../uploads/images/", "gif,jpg,png");
		if (!empty($files)) {
			foreach ($files as $file) {
				echo "<li>[<a href=\"javascript:;\" onclick=\"deleteImage('" . basename($file) . "')\">del</a>] " . basename($file) . "</li>";
			}
		}
		exit;
	}

This is just a random file you're supposed to have with whatever software this is you're running. It is not a core PHP file or anything like that. You need to contact the author of the software you are running there... or at least check the download archive you have for it.
