Injection of HTML site

Hello. I want to make a website that is almost like a frame but not exactly the same. I run the index.php file from my sire that has the following code

$lines = file('http://zggtf211.1.vg/injected.html');
foreach ($lines as $line_num => $line) {
    echo htmlspecialchars($line) ;
}
?>

 

I want this code here to get the file, injected.html in this case, and print out not the source of the site, but output of the file injected.html.

Right now it gives me all of the source code that i need right now

 

If you are asking why i am going to need this, i need it so i can make a website that is a lot easier to update for the teachers at my school (not the most technologically inclined people in the world).
