Hi experts,

    Currently I am working on a project for online tutoring. For that I need live audio/video. A member can take online class where he sholud appear on client's(student) bowser in realtime. Is there any facility which I can integrate into my website. (Live webinars capability). Thanks in advance.

I cant seen PHP being able to solve your issue. Once you have set up a client side option using flash and flash community server or  java or somthing then P{HP can give you the dynamic enviroment but it cant actualy creatwhat you want without the rich feature being clientside.
