I wondered wether anyone has seen this type of error Error : failed to open http://localhost/theme/b1/template/indexmn.htm 13 Unable to find the socket transport "http" - did you forget to enable it when you configured PHP? The issue is described thoroughly here. http://www.wampserver.com/phorum/read.php?2,28291 wrappers in php seem to be enabled but they are not.
