[SOLVED] Installation Script to install a script?

Well i have a script i made right. I want to try and make a script that installs it (Edits config.php file and adds MYSQL database) but how will i do this Well i want to learn how to do this where should i start

Well this is what im trying to make:

#1 User goes to script/install/index.php

#2 Users says continue on form

#3 User types in MYSQL DATA, Webste Name, And their name(name is used in my script)

#4 The install script edits the config.php file on my script i add to what the user wants

#5 Then Script adds the SQL file to the database

 

I dont have a clue how to start I know alot of PHP but adding a sql file to a database and editing another php file to what the user asks for in a form

 

Please Help me guys
