apache, no-ip, and qwest2701hg-d

I searched google for a few days now and I can't find a fix for this. I'm running apache 2.2 on windows xp with qwest2701hg-d modem.

I'm trying to get my pages on apache available to the public. When I searched the web, people are always talking about port forwarding, but you can't port forward with the qwest modem I have. I went into windows firewall and opened port 80 if that matters.

Also, people talk about vhost a lot too, but that is only for setting up more than one domain, yeah? I just want to get the main one working first...
