Windows 2003 Server - Apache localhost slow/timesout

Hi all,

 

PC: Windows 2003 Server R2 Enterprise (with all IIS, AntiVirus & Firewalls 'Disabled')

 

I have installed Apache (various distro's WAMP, Apache2Triad, XAMP) ALL with the same issue

 

Installation are all fine with no errors

 

Issue:

When I goto localhost (127.0.0.1) page initially starts to load, then after 1 second images from default page take 1 min to load

 

Then when I try to goto to another link from the default, it times outs

 

I have attached my httpd.conf & error.log

 

If anyone can help that would be great
