PHP to Cold Fusion

I am a Cold Fusion programmer and need a little help from a PHP guru. I need to have a PHP page execute all of it's functions and then at the end send the results to a Cold Fusion page. This can be accomplshed with a general URL that has all of the information in it, but I have no clue how to write this code. Please help...

The better, but slightly harder way is to use the cURL module to send the data via a server side POST (this doesn't involve the client at all)
