The template however has no contact form! <spit>My ISP has no contact form I can useIf anyone can suggest a decent templateRequirements:A Contact Form with multiple (max 3) attachment option (jpegs) to enable artists to send me by email their pictures for inclusion in site and catalogue.The fields required are 1. Sender 2. Senders email 3. Subject choice from dropdown menu 4. Message area 5.
