Kevin J Posted January 16, 2008 Share Posted January 16, 2008 Hello, I am selling up a program called gallery2. I am following the guidelines to a pre installer. When I get to the MYsql part I get this error. Warning: mysql_connect(): Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/tmp/mysql.sock' (46) in /gallery/gallery2/lib/adodb/drivers/adodb-mysql.inc.php on line 366 localhost: Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/tmp/mysql.sock' (46) I am not sure at all what I am doing qith mysql and I would really love to hear back from someone who might be able to tell me what I need to do to get past this part. I hope someone has had this error befor and can help me. Thanks, Kevin.
