cfgcjm
I've created a secured user portal through php and what i want to do is once the user access the success page have a greeting on the page that uses their name "Welcome John". The Following is my session check code: <?php /* Is User Logged In? */ session_start(); // this is just your every day page where you would want someone logged in to view the info if ($_SESSION['loggedin'] == TRUE) { // user is logged in print ''; } elseif ($_SESSON['loggedin'] == FALSE) { // user is not logged in header("location:reject.htm"); // Use is not logged in. Send to notloggedinpage.php exit; } ?> My login Script uses the following to save the user's name to a variable: $_SESSION['name'] = $row['first_name']; How to i display that variable as part of the HTML of my page?
