pchopder Posted January 21, 2008 Share Posted January 21, 2008 Hello members of PHPFreaks, I was wondering how would I make something for allowing people to connect and upload live video without someone else having to download a video, for example different surveillance cams operated by individual people having the option to connect or disconnect the camera.
