tkm Posted January 21, 2008 Share Posted January 21, 2008 Hello Guys, Is there a way, I can resrtict user to close the opened HTML window first before going back to original window. Say, I trigerred a pop-up window from my original HTML web-site. Now the user who is viewing the pop-up window can't go back to original website until and unless he/she closes the pop-up window. phpQuestioner Posted January 21, 2008 Share Posted January 21, 2008 not exactly - you could create a dhtml lightbox and have it display over your content until pop-up was closed or you can hide or remove the content of your parent page; until pop-up was closed. but you cannot physically prevent end user from going back to the parent page; when pop-up is open.
