IPN for paypal

Does anyone know how to setup paypal IPN script ? I have asked on the forums but the dudes who are supposed to know don;t know how to explain it in simple terms. Code below is the one I plan on using. I just need clear instructions on what mods I need to make to it in order for me to use the variables. I have not modified any of the code. PLEASE someone help me!
