whit3fir3
Let me start this questions with I know I have to be doing something stupid cause session variables should not be this hard....I just can not figure out what it is. On a page (lets call it page1.php) I have the following code: <?php session_start(); $_SESSION['username'] = 'USERS LOGIN NAME'; $_SESSION['fullname'] = 'USERS FULL NAME'; ?> Then later on page1.php I have <?php echo $_SESSION['username'] . '
'; echo $_SESSION['fullname'] . '
'; ?> Click Me The session variables on page1.php echo out correctly. On page2.php I have the following code: <?php echo $_SESSION['username'] . '
'; echo $_SESSION['fullname'] . '
'; ?> I get nothing. I have tried testing it with isset and it always returns false. Can anyone see anything that I am doing wrong here? whit3fir3
Put session_start(); at the top of page2 Revraz thanks for the suggestion. That appears to have solved the problem. Thanks, whit3fir3
