Mail Sent from PHP Getting Flagged by Spam Assassin

Hello Guys,

I know this isn't strictly totally PHP but I hope you guys can help me anyway.

Anyway, mail sent from an application we are building is being flagged by spam assassin as spam but we are unsure why. Please can you take a look at the source below and give us any pointers?

Are you sure it's nothing actually to do with the domain? Usually it's the domain.

It could be the domain, just contact your server.

I own the server and I have checked it for blacklisting already.
