If you try to click on the form input, then the form will change it's size to the shape that I want.

How can I fix it, so it don't change the size while clicking?

You want to change it so that they don't change styles when you click on it?  Well you've added to your code so that it actually does do that.. so why don't you remove it?  Remove these:

 

onfocus="this.className='form_on'" onblur="this.className='form_off'"
