Putting a Link into an ECHO?

Hi there,

I've been trying to put a link so the last column, ID, is a link to view.php?$row['id']

The code itself is working fine currently, it's just I would like the last column to say 'View Comments', than it be a link to view.php?$row['id']

 

Anyone could help me please?

I've tried

echo <a href="view.php?$row['id']">View Comments</a>;

But it comes with Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '<'
