wildteen88
You have to configure your webserver in order to install PHP. You cannot just upload PHP to the server and expect it to work. You will need to be the server administrator in order install PHP. What are you trying to do?

PHP Monkeh
PHP won't (and should never!) be located in your www directory. If you're trying to install PHP on to a hosts web server, you won't be able to without root access. Contact your web host about getting it set up (if it isn't already).
